Been going to Putnam for 20+ years. Staff has always been patient and helpful.
Putnam's is the epitome of what it means to be a local business. Stopped in last winter late in the season to find kid's goggles. They were out, but Mr. Putnam called around to find us some. He gave us some great money-saving advice on equipment, too. I took the plunge and bought my first set of skis--no more rentals for me! Josh spent a lot of time explaining my options, helping me pick the right skis and getting me into some great fitting boots. It really was a great experience.
