I had my first visit today at Putnam ! Everything was great from the staff at front desk all the way down to the end of my visit checking out. Very clean and friendly place �

I've spent a good amount of money at this vet for my Rooster Curly and a hen named Miss S. Sadly, in the end, both had to be euthanized. I've always paid my bill, same day... Today I called to bring in a hen who appears to have an eye infection. I only get paid every two weeks and asked if they could bill me for this visit as I don't think Bree can wait till next Thursday. I was told no, I had to pay for my visit today. Dr. Fabian really cares about bunnies!!! So hard to find such a great bunny vet! I bring all my 4 bunnies to her now. Vet techs and staff are spectacular too!!!
I entrust the care of my 2 ferrets to Putnam. Ferrets are complicated little critters medically. I've found that Putnam keeps current on the latest info. Their staff is caring as well as knowledgeable. I'm on a fixed income and they are willing to work with me on costs. I won't take my "kids" any where else.
