The doctor and the staff are very personable, friendly and welcoming and they instill confidence in their abilities by the quality of their service. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. They had some of the best pricing I have ever seen. It even seemed to be a little under what other veterinarians in the area charge, so needless to say I was pleasantly surprised. Best vet I've been to. This Dr. is amazing. Whenever my cat is sick I come here immediately. Dr. Sahl really cares about your pet and genuinely wants to help. He follows up and he spends time with you. I came in twice in one week b/c I was freaking out about my cat and he only charged me for one visit since he already saw her the day before. He's in it for the heart, not the money.
