My 9 year old anxious reactive dog Stella and I found out she had a partial CCL tear from our vet about 6 months ago. I left my vet feeling overwhelmed and really emotional/anxious. I went home and did some research and came across Northborough Canine Rehab and wow I am eternally grateful I did!! Susanne and all of her staff have to be some of the kindest people ever. Everyone was incredibly accommodating with making sure Stella didn't see any other dogs and always prioritized her safety/healing. During our consultation Susa... read more
When my border collie tore all the ligaments in her knee (not just CCL, but lateral, too) the surgeon who "fixed" it highly recommended us Northborough canine rehab. I am so grateful for this recommendation because Suzanne helped our girl not only with her injured leg but with arthritis in her elbow, muscle spasms in her spine, and other things. We ended up taking our other dog who was already 11 at that time with severe hip dysplasia and bad arthritis. With Sizanne's care he stopped limping, and started looking so much bett... read more
I am so grateful that I found Suzanne, Katie and the rest of the NCRFC team. They have helped my older pug with spinal stenosis tremendously. Never mind the fact that Suzanne has been the only one to successfully cut his nails! After he receives their massage, laser and hydro therapy he has so much more strength and is able to walk without dragging his back legs and hips. They have definitely helped to improve his quality of life and we have been able to avoid giving him surgery or medication. They are incredible!
I want to thank Suzanne, Kate, and the whole Northborough Canine Rehabilitation team for the amazing care they gave Darrel. He had been struggling to walk, go down stairs, and even run after hurting his back, and our vet recommended rehabilitation and hydrotherapy. After finding Northborough Canine Rehab, we’ve seen such a huge change Darrel is going down the stairs again, running confidently, and no longer falling. The massages, stretching, and hydro-treadmill sessions have made such a difference, and I truly can’t thank th... read more
Back in May 2024, my pup Penelope was diagnosed with a grade 3 iliopsoas strain and partial cranial cruciate to her stifle. She was in pain and struggled walking, so much so that at one point I had to carry her around the house. The only suggestion from the vet was surgery, I really didn’t want to put her through that so I looked for other options. By August 2024 we had our consultation with Suzanne, with a plan set we started treatments on a weekly basis right away. We started off with manual and laser therapy, slowly addin... read more
