Wesley is the BEST Thank you Wesley Hew! While on my way to work last week I had to pull over to the dealership due to a "check Engine" signal. I had experienced this problem before, and always after an oil change. I knew that the costs I paid last time to have the car put on a diagnostic were hefty..and was frustrated to have to do this all over again. putnam toyota i came in for a regular oil change and tire rotation, i was helped by a young service guy who was very attentive to my needs even though it was only an oil change. He helped me finally get my bluetooth working and found 4 struts that were leaking that were about 1,000 miles from being out of warranty, thanks to him I got 4 new struts free and a bluetooth system that actually works, thanks Putnam Toyota ill be back
PUTNAM TOYOTA is awesome, reasonable, & honest! I have bought 3 cars from Putnam toyota; and have been totally satisfied. I usually deal with Leonard (aka: Lenny) Ruttenberg; he is awesome and honest. I highly recommend this dealership. When I am in need of my next car, you can bet that I will be back to see Lenny.
Putnam Toyota is GREAT! Putnam Toyota is the best! Last week I got a fix it ticket because one of my tail lights was not working. I drove in to Putnam Toyota and Wesley in service helped me. He helped me replace a bad tail light and didn't charge me anything. He took out the bad bulb, I brought it to the parts dept to get a new one, and Wesley replaced it all within 10 minutes. No wait no hassle. He even asked if I had time to wash my car. I took a rain check. I'll be back. Thank you to Wesley and Putnam Toyota!
Happy with my new Toyota Rav4 I looked all over the Bay Area for the car of my dreams, a Rav-4 with all the bells and whistles! And found it at Putman Toyota. The sales crew were very professional and the finance person was a dream. I bought the car without my husband being present thats how easy it was.
