Have lived here for going on 2 years now with management switchover. We have the large 2 bedroom townhouse. Management is great, maintenance is great. Never had any issues with anything serious. Neighbors keep to themselves most of the time, and although sharing a wall the transparency is not too bad. Also it is in a really great location, kind of secluded from town but only 5 minutes away from anything you would need (most likely). Nice place with reasonable rent. Managements are nice and comfortable, I would like to thank Shawn and Greg for all their works. I lived here for two years and never had issues. Greg is wonderful and sorts out plumbing/electrical/other issues in no time. Quiet and beautiful and close to the bike path. I highly recommend this apartments for the best families.
