Jerry Putnam with Putnam Service was hired by a real estate agent representing the buyer to inspect my HVAC system at my home that is on the market for sale. This "professional" took it upon himself to make unprofessional comments on every aspect of my 2 year old home that had nothing to do with the AC unit.
