Very skilled and pleasant team.
4 July 2023: Putman service put in a totally new A/C. Thing is a wire was misplaced in the whole process and the A/C did not work properly. The owner came immediately out to my residence on the evening of the 4th of July and corrected the problem. Installers were on time, polite and professional. I would recommend Putman A/C to anyone.....
Just moved to the area and they’ve come out twice. Both times they were able to fit us in same-day when I know they were extremely busy. They got things up and running quick. A really sweet lady guided me through steps to take to see if the issue could be fixed beforehand. Everybody we’ve spoken to has been kind and caring. It’s a great feeling to know who to call in the future. Thank you! :)
I want to thank you for helping us with our long term Air Conditioning problem. I was amazed at how quickly you diagnosed the problem with our system and repaired it. In addition you suggested options for longer term improvement to our system that we will follow up on.
