Try being honest, that would be a start
These people literally just want your money. They do not care about you. We were going to rent a duplex in Cookeville and they stated it would not be ready for two weeks. I filled out the application and paid the application fee of SIXTY THREE dollars, only to call today and find out that it was a lie. It was rented out today! What a JOKE.
RecommendedPutnam Properties is the most professional management company you will come in contact with here in cookeville. Their Property staff and maintainence staff are both knowledgable and professional.

Love living at Quarry run, they fix stuff quick. Been here 1 year. Pool not monitor people drive right up and get in, don't care for concrete floor on first floor not right when upstairs got wood. Would have given them a 5 star if it wouldn't for that.

Putnam properties are the worse place to rent a apartment from. The dry valley apartments are cheap and had nothing but problems with. The owner and employees are rude. They have poor management at owner skills.
