It is not my style to write reviews, but it seems the star rating system is not available. We rented from this company for six years. I do not recommend it. If you are a friend and would like more details, feel free to contact me privately. At least we know we gave the beautiful old home the love and care she deserved.

I just moved into the Dry Valley Rd apartments about a month ago and I absolutely love them! I feel like I live at a resort! The people are friendly and the amenities are some of the best hands down in Putnam county!! I couldn’t say enough good things and not to mention the staff that work in the office are so kind and made this such a smooth transition!! 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!!
they've been nice so far, only issue is things getting fixed. communication could be better though
by not stealing from their renters and screwing up documents when someone is renting through thda knowing that renter is having a hard time already making them at risk and not turning their paperwork it putting their payment off then charging the person for it and putting late fees on top of it and evicting them for their own mistakes!!!
Please beware...especially students. My daughter was in a one year lease. The property was sold. Putnam Properties gave no notice that the rental would be managed by someone else. Instead, two men show up at my daughters rental telling her she has to sign a new lease with a rate increase. When PP was called, they acknowledged there was an obscure letter placed on my daughters door by the new management. PP said they didn’t notify her “because we weren’t sure the deal was going to go through”, but then the change was effectiv... read more
