The older lady with short grey hair at front desk is the rudest lady. She is impatient and will have something funny to say about everything. There hasn’t been one time where she was gentle or kind. Will not go there again. Had a severe UTI. Day 5 of antibiotics and no signs of getting better, told me I had to wait 10 days to do anything. Said my culture didn't say anything. Must have wanted me to go septic
