Or I should say my pets recommend PNAH. I’ve been taking them to see Dr Mason for a year or so. They absolutely love him and the staff love my pets. They groom my dog and kennel both my cat and dog on occasion. Never had any issues.
I have been going to PNAH for over 24 years. The receptionists, the vet techs and all other staff are fantastic and friendly and typically go above and beyond. I recently have been going through an issue with one of my dogs, BruceWayne. Dr. Mason has gone leaps and bounds over what was expected of him. The most offensive experience I’ve ever encountered. I was met at the door with a masked receptionist screaming at me through a locked door. The receptionist was in sheer panic. In her panic she screamed at me through the locked glass door- why are you here why are you here. I explain to the panicked receptionist I had just spoke to her on the phone and made an appointment for my dog to come in. They have been treating my animals since the late 90s and they are very competent and caring doctors. Also, the staff are always polite, caring as well as competent.
Started being our dogs here when we saw how well they treated our neighbor’s dog. That was nearly 20 years ago. They are compassionately professional and truly care about our fur babies. Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!!
We have been clients of PNAH for 22 years now! Obviously, we are happy with the care and actually consider them to be part of our family. We chose the clinic initially just based on location but even after moving farther away, we continue to use them. They have been with us through the happy times and the hard times and have been instrumental in allowing our pets to lead long, healthy lives.
