We have used Putnam for various AC repairs for the last few years, but we finally needed to replace our 17 year old system. Tim was able to give us a very competitive price for a great system and was very friendly and custom service oriented. Each crew member was polite and respectful of our property. We keeping coming back to Putnam. Had an issue with our AC unit and with 2 babies was glad they could squeeze us in. We were lucky to have a technician come with in the hour and had us back up an running quickly. Just a great team of folks.
Being 8 1/2 months pregnant. . . Living in NC in July/August when the temp is always in the mid 90s. . . Your air conditioning stops working!!! Ugh! Thank you Putnam Mechanical for being at the house within the hour and having our air conditioning fixed shortly after that! Travis, our service technician, was professional and took the time to explain what was wrong! We will definitely be calling Putnam Mechanical again with any AC issues!!
