We bought a car here, and Du Chih is truly the best dealer. He’s incredibly friendly and honest. On top of that, the manager, Marc, was absolutely amazing as well. They went above and beyond to find solutions for the unexpected issues we ran into and was incredibly helpful.
Just got a new CX5 for the parents at Putnam Mazda and had an amazing experience. Vas (Vasily) was so patient, helpful, and such a pleasure to work with. He really made the car buying process smooth, simple, and enjoyable. He was proactive and responsive with texts but never felt pushy.
