I’m giving one star only because zero stars isn’t an option. Very disappointing service experience at Putnam Mazda. At my previous service visit, I was told everything was in very good condition and no issue with the belt tensioner was reported. Just 6,000 miles later, at 42,000 miles, I’m suddenly being quoted $1,190.18 to replace a leaking belt tensioner. ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had my Mazda CX90 serviced at Putnam Mazda of Burlingame, and overall, I had a great experience. I especially want to recognize the service techs, Jason Chen and Giam, for their excellent customer service. They were professional, friendly, and made the service experience smooth and pleasant. Worked with Angelo on selecting, test driving, and eventually purchasing a CX-50 hybrid. The whole procedure was fast, borderline effortless, and fun! Not once did I feel any pressure or anxiety. They even gave me an above expected valuation on a trade in. I'll happily be coming back for any future Mazda purchases despite having closer dealerships to my home.

I was originally across the street looking at another vehicle. Since the salesman was rude I decided to go look at the Mazda car lot. Even though I was not in the market for a Mazda. I ran into Angelo in the lot area. He was very pleasant, very easy to talk and deal with.
