He was friendly, professional, helpful, and made the buying process comfortable. I have no complaints about him personally. Went to pick up CX-50 Hybrid Premium, Sales Person and I was talking in the lot while my family was in lounge, Sales Person's manager had an objection on my kid touching Mazda3, tells my wife that this is 40K car, do not touch it rudely. if you had problem, you could have asked politely to them, or conveyed through sales person, instead of being jerk.
Very disappointed with lack of price transparency for my Mazda repair. Anvar saved the situation even he was not involved in the beginning. He is the best employee at Mazda Burlingame and deserves salary raise. He is professional, polite, knowledgeable and honest.
Had a great experience here buying my Mazda Miata with the help of Vasily. He was super nice and helpful, and I love my car :)
