I needed thyroid surgery and my doctor preferred Putnam. I was like, Putnam has a hospital?!?! Read the reviews and trusted my doctors choice; and that was the right decision. We arrived @ 5:35AM. Parking was a cinch (literally park at the exit for ambulatory surgery). Upon entering the lobby, the one security guard was warm & pleasant and told us what we needed to do. I was rushed to the emergency room after experiencing anaphylactic shock. They took me in immediately and it was all hands on deck to help me get through this rough time. That day I experienced a great team that worked together to fix a problem.
Disrespectful to retired and active law enforcement refusing entry if armed.
Great care and service. Kudos to all the staff.
