I'm glad to see that the other reviews are as excellent as mine is about to be. I live in NYC & my elderly aunt & godmother is a widow w/ no children, living in Fla. Anna Inglett and her staff supported my sister and our family throughout her brave battle with cancer. They were indispensable, offering support with medical bills, paper work, appointment scheduling, and insurance processing. Most importantly, Anna was at our side as we navigated difficult medical decisions, and she knew just when to step in to advocate on our behalf or give us space to be together in private. I can't say enough good things about working with Putnam. They were a blessing to us during a very difficult time.
