My girlfriend and I leased a unit here almost a year ago, and we've experienced numerous issues since then. There have been 16 water shutoffs lasting approximately an hour each, our air conditioning was broken and took months to fix, resulting in our unit reaching temperatures of up to 80°F. DONT MOVE HERE!!! just moved here not even a month in and i still haven’t gotten my mail box key that i was suppose to get with the apartment keys. i changed my mailing address and have no way of getting my debit card that came in the mail. since i’ve moved in my ac hasn’t worked and the still haven’t gotten the item to fix it. IF YALL WANT MY RENT BETTER GIVE ME MY MAIL BOX KEY.
If I could give a place zero stars this would be it !! I rented for about a year at first wasn’t too bad but it started to go down hill starting off with me paying for pest control but they never show up. The roaches, flies, gnats, and even rats was getting so bad I had to buy my own sprays and traps. Also, when I want to take out trash the dumpster would be so full it be scattered all over the ground. Also, when I first moved in it took almost 3 months for me to get any of my mail. Dangerous be careful seriously. First time there I was going down the stairs from an apartment. I fell and fractured both sides of my ankle and tore a ligament. There stairs were angled funny, different widths between each stair and just unsafe.
