My husband and I informed the leasing office that we would be moving into between 2-3pm on the 12th of December. After an 18-hour drive for a military PCS, they had a sign on the locked office that they were closed after 1pm. I am extremely disappointed with the living conditions and management at Putnam Green Apartments. We were supposed to move in on October 17, 2025, but management delayed our move-in until October 24, saying the unit needed to be cleaned. When we finally moved in, the floors were so dirty that the bottoms of our feet turned black within minutes of walking barefoot. The apartment clearly had not been properly cleaned. i specifically requested that no one enter until i was at home and left contact information so i coild be contacted prior to anyone entering my apartment. I am disappointed that privacy policies are not honored at the Putnam Greene. Did o want the matter resolved ? Yes, but i dont want more items to come up missing and i pay for the right to have my privacy concerns honored.
