Horrible mice infestation, incredibly rude staff. We notified them of the mice immediately and an exterminator didn’t come for two weeks. And when they did the job was done SO POORLY, they had to come back on several occasions. And while touring the exterminator’s around my condo Samara Graca one of the office workers was laughing at me. They didn’t replace any of the furniture that the mice had destroyed including a brand new very expensive leather couch we had just purchased.
