My father is a customer of Putnam Ford since 2019 He has recently been diagnosed with dementia. He gave me his car because I take care of him I drive from Rhode Island every day. i wanted to buy a 2009 honda ridgline. when the sales manager(not a mechanic) looked at my silverado he said there was a crack in the frame. I took the truck and had the mechanic manager a a chevrolet dealer look at it. He found "NO" crack. When I went back he then couldnt find it. he even looked in a different spot. On March 18, 2019 I purchased a 2009 Ford Escape from Putnam Ford with 84,000 miles. As soon as it was driven off the lot the tire pressure sensor lights came on. Knowing that didn't seem right I turned around and went right back to the shop, they filled the tires with air, and I went on my way. I returned to Putnam Ford a week or so later to address the tire pressure issue again and was told the "equipment to check the issue was broken."
