There was a bit of a wait, but the overall experience was fine. The office is clean and modern. What was big for me, was the finances. They were very well laid out, in writing before I started my treatment. There were no surprises at the end either.
My husband was having dental issues and had seen this doctor several years ago. We lost our insurance, so he stopped going. Recently we obtained new dental insurance and we were thrilled to get his teeth fixed! When I called the office to see if they were participating with our plan, they said the were. Great! I called Putnam Family Dental for toothache emergency, They were kind and swift enough to see me and take care of my pain. Then I was put on cleaning schedule along with the necessary X-ray that showed all the cavities I need to have them filled. Thank you Dr. Whitman
