Unbelievable, you can renew tags and get new tags and registrations all the way up to closing but for somebody trying to get a simple ID no needed test no driving test nothing just a simple ID with all the information is saved in the system. They got little star literally a quick print out, gets turned away Until the following day. So they expect working people no people that actually do their jobs to take off work to come get an ID because they’re too lazy to do their job which is utterly ridiculous. Awful service, tried to renew my tag online but it wouldn't let me so I had to physically go up there.

I have always had A very good experience with everyone at this location. Everyone has always been very friendly and helpful. Sometimes I don't like the Price but that's not their fault. Lol. Most of the People at the Palatka office have been there for many years. I like them all really well.
