I needed a lot of work done on my car. I went somewhere else first for a quote and then tried here, Putnam collisions quote was nearly half the price compared to the other guys! I needed a lot of work and they got it done so quickly. The staff was so friendly and professional, I will always come back here whenever I need to get work done on my car!
Had a leak on my transmission and aamco told me 3k to rebuild it. I called up Jason and Sarah from putnam collision and they told me to bring it in. Their mechanic Lou was very professional and took time to explain what should be done for under 1000. They saved me over 2k. All very professional knowledgeable and friendly I had the truck back in 2 days. Extremely satisfied and will come back. Thank you guys. You have a life customer!
Best automotive place I have ever seen. Family owned and operated they go above and beyond for every single customer. They do it all from 24hr towing to full paint jobs to ould changes and brakes. There the best 1 stop shop for all things automotive.
Awful experience. My girlfriend's car got towed here because it was the nearest auto body. They did a "diagnostic" test only to find out it wasn't actually what they said it was. They wanted to charge her almost $1,000 for an alternator repair when the alternator wasn't even the issue. She was also charged ridiculous fees for her car being there overnight. Very rude and unprofessional workers. I would not recommend this place to anyone. DONT GO HERE.
