Check Website First for Car Prices!! This is a high pressure dealer. Don't go without doing homework on the web. We stopped by and saw/test drove a used Buick Regal priced at $12,500. The car salesman was not flexible on the price. When we said we wanted to check Auto Trader to price that model, he became rude. We returned home, looked at the Putnam website, saw the same car (same VIN #) we test drove 1/2 hour before advertised at a "special internet price" of $9K. Yuk!
Putnam Chevrolet Services Being a car lover I always love to surf different websites to check the latest models. What fascinates me is the virtual brochure section with all the details about the latest models with their 360 degree pictures. They give ample information about the models. Parts Dept The parts deparment is excellent. Our company often use Putnam Chevorlet whenever we need parts for cars that we are working on. They deliver it the same day for first thing in the morning.
Terrible service Check your service. I feel compelled to give a terrible review due to the utter lack of service and expectations not being met. 1. I arrived with my vehicle to get an inspection to determine why the engine light had come on. I also asked to take a look at why the door locks stopped working. Two hours of labor, $153/hour, so $306 for diagnostics. I am fine with that. 2. I am told to expect it ready by 6pm. I have to call them about 4:30PM to find out it won't be ready to pick up because the door panels are of... read more
Great Salesman I took my 91 year old Dad to buy a used car. They have a great selection of used cars. The salesman was very kind and patience with my Dad. My Dad finally settled on a Chevrolet HHR and he is very happy with his selection. The price was good.
SALES I brought a Camaro Transformers Edition. Love it. Sales Staff is great. Price is easy. Great Experience. I will tell all my friends and relatives.
