Awful!!!!! Sold me a truck with NO WORKING BRAKES. I got in a 3 car accident (a few days after purchase) when I could not stop my truck on the way to work luckliy without my infant with me. My truck soley caused the accident and my insurance deemed it not my falut at all and Putnam and the Burlingame Valero gas station down the street (who supposely worked on the brakes before being sold to me) foot the whole bill.
