1st time I brought my 2024 Mazda in for a routine service it took 3 hours. That was a first thing in the morning appt. 2nd time they also told me it would take 3 hours and I left. A routine maintenance appt should not take this long. 2 hours max. Both times I said I would wait for the car. If I was told it would be 3 hours I would have made other arrangements and not waited.
