Jose was professional and got me in and out for my simple oil change.
I called a day before and scheduled an appointment and the lady told me it’s going to take an hour and half i did book an appointment i went there on my appointment time no body would say hi or come to me and they said there is no way they would do it in hour and half and they just wasted my valuable time . Disgusting!!
Don’t know where to get started honestly, The service team over at Putnam is above and beyond. Mark, Jose and Gian were so kind and understanding and got the job done fast and quick. If I can give them more than 5 stars I would.
I've been taking my truck to Putnam GMC for several years, and they're always there to help me and get me out of trouble with my truck, so I can get back to work. Thanks, Jose, for always being there when I need your help.
