RecommendedGood experiences are always pleasant, but the true measure of character is how someone handles themselves when things go wrong. Silly things are going to go wrong from time to time, and I happened to find myself in such a situation. This gentleman handled himself very professionally throughout the entire process and we were able to get the issue resolved. He showed a lot of honesty & integrity, and that meant a lot to me.

Putnam Bicycles did a great job tuning up my road bike. New gears and chain and also changed the battery in my odometer. Friendly staff and good service at a fair price.
So secure knowing I can count on them for good advice and safe riding. Found out once by chance that my brakes were shot. They saved me from what could easily have been a disaster.
