We had rented apt from them (Fairways of Jackson, Canton) and stayed for a year. Putman Properties were the agent who showed us the apartment. So, of course, they get paid by Cambridge Services. When we left we left it in good condition. I say good condition and not excellent because there were few things which were not in good shape (like main bathroom faucet). But we cleaned the kitchen range, windows, bathrooms well. But they charged anyway for all these things. Plus they charged us for 2 faucets. And the charges were out... read more
