Office staff is excellent. Dr Forman is smart and patient. Took a conservative approach with me which I liked. Gave me a spacer for my toe that wouldn’t be in th drugstore and is very helpful. Great first appointment experience

Doctor is good. Front desk employees are horrible. I tried to make an appointment about one year ago and had difficulty reading the health insurance phone number. I asked if I could send a photo of my card. She would not let me. I tried taking a photo of the card but I still could not read it, She slammed the phone down in the cradle. Today I tried to make an appointment again. I was told by the front desk that I needed to "change my attitude". Again she hung up on me.

I just saw Dr. Forman and was very impressed by Dr. Forman and his staff. I am hearing impaired and they were very patient as I am hearing impaired and he and his medical assistant Mark took their time and wrote dow all our communications. He also found my foot problem that was never diagnosed before. He is an amazing doctor.
