I commute to PIB 5 days a week. The staff is steadfast in customer service, solving problems and in safety. At the end of a long work day, it is reassuring to be welcomed aboard by staff each evening, even in the midst of a storm.

This is the fun part of getting to the island! Love the short ferry ride on the cool waters! During busy weekends its even fun waiting in line to get across. All part of the experience. �
I started riding the Miller Ferry from Catawba Island to Put-In-Bay with my parents way back in 1950 and then later with my husband and children in 1963 and still go there. It has always been a rule that you could not have your car running if you took it and no open containers. Back in 1950 we were not allowed to sit in the car. We never had a problem with the Ferry.
A great big thank you to the Miller Ferry crew for working us on with short notice because of getting our dog to the vet in an emergency situation. Wonderful people and we so appreciate your effort. Even got us in the shaded part of the deck so our old lab would be more comfortable in the back of the truck. Everyone was terrific!
