Pretty disappointed with today’s service. Arrived in plenty of time to make the first trip this morning at 9 am to put in bay from Akron. Got put at the end of the right waiting line. 8 vehicles arrived and paid after me. All of the vehicles that arrived after me made it onto the boat. Here I sit for an hour to catch the next boat. I have a job to do on the osu island and we all know how long it takes to get on that island. Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism here. Hi Paul, we apologize you missed the 9am ferry today. The vehicles you saw had reservations which is why they were able to make the ferry. If you are doing work on the islands, you can always make a reservation by calling our office at 419-285-2421 the day before.
