A total nightmare with this company. Signed a contract and then they left me to do everything for myself. I was lucky to get an answer to a question. Needed help and 4 months later and ************************************************ about the issue, let alone resolve it. Would not recommend this service to anyone.
Also deceived no assistance had me signup a year ago for some software was promised I would get help they went into my bank account which hit me for almost I had to close my account. I was signed up by there Salesperson now has no email that I can contact him by called, ticket and still no response. I requested a phone call still has not received this has frustrated me. No assistance telling me to watch videos not for a $125.00 a month. No product delivered a ****** learned.
This company is a nightmare! Sales is friendly and helpful but you're forgotten. I have been trying to get help from support for over a month and 5 support tickets later still no response or resolution to my not being about to sign into my account on my computer. Finally talked to someone, but got no resolution to my problem. I was somehow put in for two recuring payments, instead of one. I was billed 3 payments instead of 1. I sent request to them to stop. They said, "ooops" talk to your church and said recurring payments would stop, despite the app not showing several payments I made for tax purposes. 1 month later - billed again. I have contacted them via their request prompts. No response yet. I tried calling their 1-800-PUSHPAY # - goes to "are you 50 or not - press 1 for yes and 2 for no" then it hangs up. Not happy. Was very deceived, received no assistance from their team as far as set up now were being charged monthly in a contract that they will not respond to me about. They prey on small churches, the sales team say one thing just to get you to sign up then no help beyond that.
Beware of Pushpay's dangerous privacy policies and what personal data Pushpay collects, uses, and shares with third parties without your consent. Despite Pushpay's published "Commitment to Ensuring Privacy" Pushpay will also not delete any users' personal data upon request even after a users' account is closed.
Stay away - The sales team sells you on promises they cannot keep, and their customer service is ill-equipped to deal with any issues. I strongly recommend against doing business with them.
