We had a terrible experience with Dr. Chauhan. My husband, who is disabled, was verbally insulted by her regarding the condition of his toes and she reprimanded me for not caring for him properly. She was also critical of his physical condition unrelated to his feet. I would not recommend her.
Made an appointment Monday afternoon for Friday, the assistant called 5 times back to back at 10am on a Tuesday (when people actually WORK, you know that's how we pay for doctor bills). I was clearly busy and couldn't respond, the assistant immediately cancelled my appointment for not replying after 2 hours to her calls with my insurance info for an appointment that was DAYS away. A warm atmosphere as you enter Dr. Pushpa Chauhan’s office, receptionist is warm & friendly. Dr. Chauhan is competent, caring, & compassionate. Professionalism at its best! All of my foot care issues were addressed & treated.
Dr.Pushpa has a very competent front desk lady and both are so capable of addressing your needs regarding the feet and ankles . I have this swelling in my right ankle and foot for number of months. She readily educated me what was going on with pictures and explanation . I have a on going treatment plan which is making me walk again. I highly recommend this doctor to anyone .
This is a small office with no x-ray equipment, and an unclear payment policy. I confirmed Dr. Chauhan was in-network before visiting, however I was turned away because I refused to pay up front before she billed my insurance provider. I arrived at the office on time and filled out my medical history, insurance and credit card information. They asked if I want to pay before or after the appointment. I said either is ok.
