Spoke on the phone multiple times about a recumbent bike (Precor) and a spin bike (don’t remember the brand). He said I could come pick the spin bike up but the recumbent bike was going to be a week. I called him and told him I was on my way and to verify this spin bike was in good working order. He assured me it was. When I arrived I got on the spin bike and one of the arms of the pedals was completely bent and knocking the bike. Worked with Adam on the trade-in of a 10+ year old TRUE Treadmill toward the purchase of a new TRUE ES700 recumbent bike. Very forthright and honest. Did not oversell me on features, very attentive to my needs. Highly recommend and will do business with in the future.
