We had a FANTASTIC experience with Zane at Push Pedal Pull. He was extremely attentive and asked us questions in order to understand exactly what we were looking for to fit our needs and goals. His knowledge was impressive and he got us a treadmill that was a mix-and-match of a couple of pieces and it turned out to be perfect for us, functionally and price-wise. If you want to be sold crappy equipment by a manager who knows nothing about it go here. Then when I had to have them service the product several times and finally asked to get something different and was still under warranty was told I could only get $500 when I paid well over $1000 for it. I was talked out of a commercial product that I was willing to buy from the get go for the piece of crap I got. The service guys even told me the manager had no extensive knowledge about this product. Will never buy here again! Save your... read more
