We had a FANTASTIC experience with Zane at Push Pedal Pull. He was extremely attentive and asked us questions in order to understand exactly what we were looking for to fit our needs and goals. His knowledge was impressive and he got us a treadmill that was a mix-and-match of a couple of pieces and it turned out to be perfect for us, functionally and price-wise.
