I’ve had two appointments with Anita so far and both have been such a great experience! I originally came in for existing back pain that’s worsened during my pregnancy. Anita really listened to what’s been bothering me, focused on those areas, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout. I’m already feeling a difference and can’t wait to explore more of the services this clinic offers

I love Push Markham! Their prenatal yoga classes are amazing and helped me feel so much better during pregnancy. I also tried their physiotherapy for birth prep with Gina Lam and really liked it. Everyone there is so nice and welcoming. Highly recommend!
I have been going to Push for both my pregnancy. They have helped me a lot from the prenatal massage services, chiro and now I am doing Physiotherapy with Gina. I felt an instant relief just from the first session with her and I am looking forward in seeing more of her in the future.
I’ve seen Sharon throughout my pregnancy and she has been a such a great support for my sciatic pain and preparation for labour and delivery (3 part appointment) with my partner. I would highly recommend Push Markham Wellness for those expecting and wanting to feel educated with the right tools as they prepare for the arrival of their baby.
