I’ve been coming to Push for prenatal yoga and the instructors and front desk staff are always so wonderful. I recently tried a prenatal massage with Christina and it was amazing! They have a pregnancy pillow so you’re able to lie face down and Christina is super talented. The massage was exactly what my poor sore body needed, will definitely be returning to see Christina again.
Really appreciated the team's work in helping get us acquainted with all things newborn. If you're a particularly anxious or nervous new parent to be, prefer the private nature of a 2 person class and you can swing the cost - register!
