Good luck getting anyone to do what you need them to do. I asked for a prior authorization two months ago. They just finally did it five days ago, but didn’t include any information in it. So then they did another prior authorization. They erroneously put that I’ve been on the medication for eight months instead of the actual three months I’ve been on it, which caused it to be denied. I’ve messaged them about a dozen times and no one responds. I’ve called them at least 20 times and nobody ever answers.
Dr. Ahdoot's willingness to listen and understand her patients' needs in order to discern the proper course of treatment makes her a Five Star provider in my book!
