I had engine mounts replaced at Pusch Ridge and when I took my BMW to the dealership for a service a year later they tried to tell me the mounts needed to be replaced. Pusch Ridge called the dealership and the dealership then took another look and determined Pusch Rodge was correct - they did not need to be replaced. Pusch Ridge went above and beyond and saved me $2,000! I would HIGHLY recommend them and will be using them for all my servicing going forward. Thank you Jim and Cody!
My 2013 Camaro's air conditioner stopped working a few months ago and the diagnosis was bleak: not just a freon problem but a broken "blend door actuator." I got estimates from 3 repair shops in Tucson. One rescheduled me 4 times (no exaggeration) before opening up my dashboard and realizing it was too complicated for them. The team is friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about their customers. They didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Having noises coming from under the hood sounding like a fan belt flipping around and then items hitting car parts as they exited was very disconcerting while driving in 3 lanes of rapid traffic. I drove into Pusch Ridge Automotive at noon hour with no appointment and 15 miles to go to get home. The owner and manager was extremely helpful and courteous, found road tar stuck to a tire which was zinging off as I drove.
