What I appreciated most was how this company kept me informed throughout the process. They called ahead, arrived right on time, and kept me in the loop during the cleaning. I called for a dryer vent cleaning, but after a free inspection, Technician Angela advised I really needed a full air duct cleaning. I hadn’t had it done in over 10 years. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this service really impressed me. Purus Duct was very upfront with pricing no surprises or hidden fees. The techs were clearly experienced and walked me through the entire process before starting. They didn’t try to upsell me on services I didn’t need, which I really appreciated. They took photos of the inside of the ducts before and after cleaning, and the difference was honestly unbelievable. It’s no wonder our energy bills were creeping up our system was clogged with dust.!!
