I’m so grateful for the care I received at Pursuit Physiotherapy! The therapist named Sara Keating was knowledgeable, friendly, and helped me recover from injury quickly. Highly recommend!
I’ve been seeing Sara Keating for physiotherapy for one month and my symptoms got relived a lot. My upper back was stiff and sore and my shoulders were sore too. From the initial assessment, Sara found out that my symptoms are stemming from weak and tight upper trapezius muscles. Dr Hao, was so thorough in diagnosing my issue. I had a fall a few months ago and my hip became progressively tighter that standing up off the couch left me unable to stand up straight. I left his office knowing exactly which muscles were involved, reassured that nothing was seriously injured, aware of specific exercises that would solve my issue and full of hope that I could return to full mobility with some conscientiousness on my part to do the few daily exercises he suggested.
