They are super friendly and truly take joy in the pets they groom. I feel super comfortable leaving my dog baby with them! They give the pets breaks when needed and do a great job! My dog loves going and is always waggy when we drive up!
They really do care about pets. We took our Simba (a big orange tabby-cat) there who was really matted. They took great care because my cat was very moody and freaked out during grooming and needed to be sedated. Even though the groomer had to take additional time, they were so patient, kind and caring when I called to check up on him. After a long day, Simba left the groomers mat free and with his new Tiger-cut.
I used to take my rescue Pete there because he hated his feet being touched. Nick was the one who always groomed Pete and he always did such a fantastic job with him. Pete crossed the Rainbow Bridge in January of this year and my heart was broken. I have a new baby now and plan on bringing her here.
Took my 12 week old puppy, to get her nail’s trimmed. They were quick, we were in and out. Thank you ladies.
We’ve been taking our beloved rescue, Sundance (cocker spaniel) to PPPSS for four years. He’s elderly now and I trust them completely to groom and love on him while doing so and he always looks beautiful! This is a great grooming business, professional, caring groomers.
I loved bringing my pup here!! And nick did an amazing job and would always accommodate my schedule and fit her in last minute. I called tonight for an appointment this weekend and said they had nothing available and Nick was no longer there. I’ll probably wait to find out where he went to get my pup groomed.
Lauren always takes care of all me and my families baby. Everyone in there is very kind and friend. Definitely the best groomers in the AV
