Took our boxer here yesterday evening for an emergency as she had cut her paw really bad. We called prior because we knew they were closing soon and they told us to bring her right up. As soon as we got there, they took us right back to examine her paw. Shortly after that they had a plan and she was getting taken right back. Everyone there was very nice and professional, definitely a great vet to take your pets too.
I have known Dr. Valdes for many years and have trusted her through some very complex and challenging medical cases. Her depth of knowledge, calm demeanor, and genuine compassion have always set her apart. She takes the time to thoroughly explain options, answer every question, and ensure that you feel confident in the decisions being made for your pet. My husband and I recently adopted a cat from the Humane Society of Sumter County. Our cat needed a check up. Dr. Valdes at Purrfect Paws was recommended by a fellow cat lover, so we thought we'd give her a try. Dr Valdes and her vet tech Hector were great. They were very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. They treated our cat with care, knowing that she was a rescue. Given our positive experience at Purrfect Paws, we would recommend Dr. Valdes.
My rescue chug had an ear infection and we are new to Florida. I called here and everyone I dealt with was so friendly, efficient and wonderful to us. Daisy was given an appointment at our convenience and we went in and were seen immediately. Daisy was so relaxed there, like I've never seen her at a vet office. The Dr is so friendly and Im so happy to find a vet down here anytime I need one. Thanks so much to everyone.
Found a small lump on our cat Rowdy yesterday and called Purrfect Paws and Claws. They got us in the very next day and were very thorough with the questions and exam. The facility was clean and inviting and Dr Vasques was knowledgeable and had a kind manner with our kitty. She took efficient and prompt care of him and the prices were reasonable.
