Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!
My cat had serious complications after surgery at their establishment. About a day later I called with symptoms my cat was having. They didn't feel it was urgent after I explained the symptoms. My cat ended up dying from a massive infection. After I consulted with the veterinarian at the emergency clinic, they were shocked that Purfect Health actually released the cat from their care & did not take the symptoms as serious. The one thing they do very well is make excuses and post bogus positive reviews on the internet.
