Great deals for car service! I take my car here all the time for all the scheduled services. I drive a Honda Civic, and we all know how the dealer jacks up the price for any type of service. Purrfect Auto always undercuts the dealers price, sometimes by up to $200 in savings! The workers and the manager here are very honest and helpful. Highly recommended!
Recommend Pretty good and fast service. But they didn't explain to me how noisy the brakes I chose would be.
Fraud, STAY AWAY FROM PURRFECT I went here to fix my radiator and replace the air intake manifold gasket, but left with my engine not working. The manager, told me that sometimes engines stop working. I was a fool to believe this. I found a nut in the engine that was probably dropped through the manifold. Not only did they break it, they lied about it, and then tried to sell me a new engine!

Place is a FRAUD! Stay away from Purrfect Auto. After some investigation, I've concluded they installed USED rotors on my car (they were rusted and had to be replaced not too long after I had them put on). I went to Brake Masters and had new rotors put in, which were shiny and metallic (not rusted). I was a fool to not go back and say something. I didn't know any better. I'm not coming back to this place again. From now on, I'm all about Brake Masters.
