My whole family has used this company and have referred them to many friends and family members. We have never had anything but professional experiences with this company. The technicians that come to my home are very clean cut, curteous and professional. I would recommend them to anyone.
Purr-Fectly Done – I personally find it hard to believe that a single elderly person would take the time and effort to push bad reviews all over the internet. I found them to be very professional! I am of "senior age" and do not feel that this company tried to rip me off.. I honestly believe that this company is a great one, they are hosting a charity event for needy families and give back to their community. Look at their website and see for yourself.
Pressure Sales Tactics, take your money elsewhere – A person called me from Purr Fect Air and said they were running a special price on air conditioner maintenance. I am an elderly person and live by myself and I had a service technician come to my house. Aaron from Purr Fect Air told me my air condition was very old and moldy. He told me that my air conditioner was so moldy it was a medical emergency and I should live else where until him or another company installed a new air conditioner.
