Horrible service from Kayla. She has awful communication and blows her clients off. Will lie and say she has reached out to client when she hasn’t. Taking advantage of Elderly by lying and making them seem dumb like they can’t use electronics or hear their door be knock. Struggle to get response from office or management when trying to remove her from care. Kayla said she wouldn’t show up after making complaint to her directly while on the line with office. The whole process could not have gone better. Thanks to Alyssa what would have been a nightmare to navigate all went as smooth as can be. She walked us through every single detail (and she really knows her stuff). And all the therapy professionals were prompt and easy to communicate with Robert (Physical) , Courtney (Occupational) Kim (Nursing Asst) and also Lindsey her Social worker were absolutely wonderful and accommodating to our Mom who has greatly improved over that time. I would HIGHLY Recommend Purpose Care of Ohio.
We have Purpose Care for my Grandmother who is 96. They are always kind and make sure she has everything she needs. We are grateful to have found a company that really cares about their patients. Our aide has been fabulous.
My elderly mom needed physical therapy. They did a great job with communicating with us on when they were coming and were very kind to my mom. We had to wait about 2 weeks to get someone to come, but it was my moms insurance we were waiting for approval. Once it was, they scheduled her right away. John and Kristina were great! I can now see why you are a one star facility. Mike, who schedules therapy is Rude, pushy and obviously not too good at his job. Whyyyyyy you ask.... he called to verify my mother's ssn over the phone. When asked what he had. The numbers were very different. He then said, he may have confused her ssn with another patient. I refused to verify it, we have never met anyone thru their home Healthcare company. So yep, im not comfortable. When he hung up.
