We worked with Mr. Frank for quite a while — he’s a great guy and always did a great job. Unfortunately, we’re now dealing with Mr. Jason, and the experience hasn’t been the same. He rarely answers the phone or responds to texts, which makes communication very difficult. It would be much better if he were more responsive and helpful.

Guys aren’t very friendly not great customer service ether took several weeks for them to give me a trade in value still didn’t get it just got a text from Jason saying he don’t want to insult me cuz he seen the truck on Facebook lol I have seen what these guys sell trucks like mine with 150k miles or more for 115,000 wayyyyy more then my truck they just want to lowball people and expect to get top dollar for there high mileage wore out trucks.read the 1 star reviews it will back up all of this over priced trucks and rude sa... read more
