Purpose contracting installed a new driveway for me last week. The entire crew was fantastic! They went over and above to make sure I was happy customer. It turned out better than I could have ever imagined. I highly recommend!
I have had several issues with Purpose Contacting. Communication was great until after the payment was made. They paved my rear driveway in July 2023, which looked good at first. A crack the full length of the culvert occurred the spring after they paved it. I called Chris and he said they'd come out to address the issue, they never showed up. Office person was rude. Estimator was late. Office called 36 mins after appointment to say not coming today. Busy with helping others on job. Asked if can reschedule tomorrow morning. I said no, I had another appointment. She explained how busy they were. Before I could ask for another time for an appointment, she talked over me and said "Good luck with your project." I guess they don't "need" my business or a good review.
Chris and his crew did a great job handling some asphalt patch work for me. This was a relatively small job, which are usually hard to get a contractor to work on. Chris’ team handled it with professionally and w skill and limited to the scope of work I wanted. Will use his company when I need to do larger jobs or a full redo of this lot.
Contracted with them to act as a general contractor for a basement project. Subcontractors were professional and provided verbal assurances that all issues would be addressed at the end of the project. Kept the general contractor informed of the issues along with pictures. Four key issues were never resolved. The door to the utility room was not functioning properly ( would not close). Had to hire another contractor to fix.
