I wish I could give zero stars for my review. I booked a haircut with Criztal at the end of September after she posted on Instagram that she would be taking $20 off the original price of her haircuts and including a free deep conditioning treatment. I came here to get a gloss and haircut done by Criztal! She was AMAZING, and she took great care of me during the entire process! She was quick to walk me through how a gloss works, and also frequently ensured I was okay while the gloss settled in my scalp. The haircut in itself turned out beautiful as well! I will definitely be coming back! I highly recommend going here!
Came here for the first time yesterday. Have had the same hairstylist for over 10 years and came to Criztal. First of all, I’m all about feeling comfortable and just relaxed and she made that happen. Such a relaxed friendly vibe as soon as you walk in. My scalp has been going through stuff and has made me very self-counscious and she addressed it so professionally.
