Save yourself the time and avoid this place. The most unprofessional establishment I have ever encountered. Horrendous communication, I had to drag every detail out of them trying to plan a celebration of life and in the end ghosted us on the day of our event. Left us high and dry because the owner couldn't tell me how to pay for the venue, even though we signed a contract, spoke about wanting to book for the event and came to see the venue the day before. My daughter tried to rent the Purple Rose for a funeral reception. The owner never gave them any response on when and where to pay for the hall and then was as rude as could be to us when we asked about getting the code to the key lock on the door. We had all of these people waiting outside to door to get in after the funeral. His communication is horrible, his cell phone was turned off, voice mailbox was full, did not answer our text messages. Signed contract for a celebration of life two days prior with no mention of how to make payment and then turned the family away following the funeral with no warning. Soulless jerks.
