After receiving a call from another company to cancel our reservation just hours before our scheduled pick up, Samantha at Purple Tie went right to work and saved our 16 year old’s birthday surprise! She was great to check in to everything on last minute notice and got it all worked out. Jeanine, the driver, was right on time. And our daughter had a night she won’t soon forget! The Purple Tie staff is always professional & accommodating! From airport pick ups & drops offs to booking special events with a large group, the vehicles are always classy, clean and comfortable! They’re the best!
The staff was very responsive and went out of their way to make sure everything went smoothly for our night out. The limo was clean and in excellent condition and we had a great time. I can’t recommend Purple Tie enough. We will be booking again soon! Thank you!!
